1. How Much are the Postal Charges?

Postage and packing is free on all UK delivered orders. We charge £3.50 on overseas orders and £1.49 for first class postage.
Nearly all of our orders are delivered within 1 or 2 days. We use Royal Mail or Interlink Express, and pack all of our items in jiffy bags.

3. Who is 'All Cross Stitch’?

All Cross Stitch is run by two friends, and specialises in supplying cross stitch kits and accessories. We are able to concentrate all our attention on offering top quality cross stitch kits, books and accessories, a user friendly site, and excellent customer service. We try and test every cross stitch supplier to make sure they are of an excellent standard.

We really care about our customers and all enquiries will be answered within 1 working day or less. Full refunds are given if required (see our guarantee).

We are constantly trying to improve our site and the products available so we are ready to listen to all ideas!

4. Will my Details be kept Confidential?

All details are kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or rent any details to any other party.
When your order is processed, WorldPay or PayPal will have access to your credit card details which are processed on a secure site. WorldPay and PayPal are used by some of the country’s leading companies. They have their own strict confidentiality agreements. We do not have access to your credit card information.

5. What is your Returns Policy?

You have the right to change your mind, and cancel any order within seven days of receipt of your goods, please just return the goods to us in its original, unopened packaging, at the address below. You will receive a full refund for the item(s), however the postage will not be refunded unless the goods are damaged. If you receive any item from us that is damaged or faulty, please let us know so we can arrange for it to be returned to us and for a replacement to be sent out.

6. What are your Delivery Times?

We dispatch all cross stitch kits and accessories within 24 hours of ordering (Mon- Fri).
IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong
