Postage and packaging is FREE for all orders over £20 within the UK. Postage and packaging is just £1.49 on all orders under £20 within the UK.

If you find a lower price on any of our cross stitch items simply send an email to let us know.

Here's How - Please provide details on the item you have seen and the name of the web site where you have found it. We will then check the prices out for you.

We will issue you with a refund to cover the difference in price plus a £2.00 discount voucher which you can use on any future order with us.

You will be issued with a refund to cover the price difference within 7 days and you will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Our price guarantee takes into account the postage and packaging charges of any other internet site - They may offer cheaper prices but with high postal charges.
